The Christian Coalition of Florida provides all our available Legislative Scorecards to assist you in understanding your candidates. We hope to provide a complete picture of where candidates have positioned themselves on issues that are important to voters and to the Christian Coalition.
That's great, but how do I read these forms?
The list of Legislators make up the rows of the scorecard, while the House & Senate Bills representing issues important to the Christian Coalition of Florida make up the columns. Fields are checked positive when the Legislator's vote was in agreement with our stance. Fields are marked negative with an "X" when the Legislator's vote was against our stance. The ratio of positive marks to negative marks reflects the grade that the Legislator receives. A higher score means that the Legislator's votes are more in agreement with positions taken by the Christian Coalition of Florida!
